Resfest is presenting a Beck Music Video Retrospective. "A selection of his music videos hand-picked by Beck himself, from his first video – the breakout hit 'Loser' to his most recent video for 'Girl' off the acclaimed new album Guero, will get a big screen tribute around the globe as part of the RESFEST world-wide tour." Beck appears in the satirical/UNICEF benefit song "Do They Know It's Halloween?", which you can listen to at Vice Records. Other contributors include The Arcade Fire, Sonic Youth, Feist, Devendra Banhart and a gazillion more. The "epic journey into the pulsating heart of fear" (...whoa) will be released on October 11th.

Beck is performing at the KROQ Inland Invasion on September 17th at the Helen Hyundai Pavilion.

Kaitlin wrote an awesome review of Beck in LA (photos). Read the whole thing! One girl got Beck's tambourine and took photos. Another person took photos and got backstage. FUN-NESS.

Billboard says that Beck will be part of the Across the Pond concerts in NY, to be held in Keyspan Park in Brooklyn and Richmond County Bank Ballpark in Staten Island on October 1-2. Other artists scheduled to appear are the Pixies, Oasis, and the Killers.
